Isaac was born on August 1st, 1756 in Nether Prov., Greene, Penn.. Isaac's father was Isaac WEAVER and his mother is Sarah DELL. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Thomas Dell, Joshua, Baldwin, James, Richard, William, Abraham, Elizabeth and Sarah. He was the third oldest of the ten children.
