Lois WATSON 
Lois was born on July 31st, 1910 in Spring City, Sanpete,UTAH. Lois' father was James Robertson WATSON and her mother was LUCY ELIZABETH ROYLANCE. Her paternal grandparents were Robert WATSON and Eliza ELLIOTT; her maternal grandparents were William ROYLANCE and Lucy CLUCAS. She had two brothers and six sisters, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named James Albert, William Robert, Jennie, Hazel, Alberta, Thelma, Marie, Lucy Eliza, <Unknown> and <Unknown>. She died at the age of 91 on July 18th, 2002 in American Fork Hosp., Utah, Utah. She was buried on July 23rd, 2002 in American Fork Cemetary.General Notes
Lois attended school in Spring City in her her early years and later attended North Sanpete High School. She was admired for her handwritting and composition skills; which she enjoyed all her life.
She married Melrose J. Pritchett and spent the first several years of their marriage in Los Angeles, Ca..
They then returned to Spring City and in 1940 moved to Pleasant Grove, Utah. In 1943 Mel, Lois and their three children moved to 380 North Eastlane, American Fork. Lois loved their home and yard and raised beautiful roses and other flowers until her death.
Lois as a member of the LDS Eighth Ward and was active in various organizations. She was ward Young Womans MIA president for several times and also served as stake YWMIA president. She had more than 34 years of service and established life long friendships she cherished all her life.
She was president of the PTA four times and was also a PTA council president.
She worked diligently in the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She served in various leadership positions including Captain of the Beehive Camp. Her membership in the DUP was very important to her and she was very disappointed, if she ever had to miss a meeting. She also worked hard to see that her ancestor's graves were properly attended to on Memorial Day.
Lois left her family extensive geneological records, which she had researched and recorded over a period of many years.
Her funeral was directed by Bishop Steven Garlick and viewing was at Anderson and Sons Mortuary, 49 E 100 N, American Fork.
