Constance was born about 1443 in Of, Heleigh, Staffordshire, England.  Constance's father was James TOUCHET and her mother is Eleanor De HOLAND. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Humphrey Touchet De, Edmund, Thomas, Margaret, Elizabeth, Ann and Miss.  She is the youngest of the eight children.
