Mary was born in 1545 in Henlow, Beds, Eng. Mary's father was William Or Willm TYLLE and her mother was Agnes Mrs TYLLE. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas TILLY (TYLLE) and Margaret UNKNOWN. She had a brother and five sisters, named Robert, Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Mary, Alice and Alice. She was the third youngest of the seven children.
