William Neilson TIDWELL 
William Neilson was born on October 30th, 1831 in Washington, Clark, Indiana. William Neilson's father was John TIDWELL and his mother was Jane SMITH. His paternal grandparents were William TIDWELL and Sarah GOHEN; his maternal grandparents are James SMITH and Mary Mae HENTHORNE. He had five brothers and eight sisters, named James Harvey, William, Jefferson William, Lyman, John, Mary Jane, Maria Emiline, Nancy Ann, Martha, Mamie Margaret, Sarah, Emma Jane and Emiline Maria. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 78 on July 5th, 1910 in Indianola, Sanpete, Ut. He was buried on July 8th, 1910 in Mt. Pleasant, Sanpete, Ut.General Notes
