Otis Lysander TERRY 
Otis Lysander was born on March 12th, 1818 in Hardwick, Worcester, Ma and his baptism took place there on May 24th, 1818. Otis Lysander's father was Otis TERRY and his mother was Cynthia RUGGLES. He had four brothers named Charles Alphonzo, Henry Algernon, Orace Melvin and Edwin Deloss. He was the oldest of the five children.
