Austin Stephen was born on December 7th, 1896 in Riverton, Salt Lake County, Utah, USA. Austin Stephen's father was Thomas Silcock (Silcox) and his mother was Annie Ostler. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Thomas Silcock and Jane Heath. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Sidney Ostler, Ernest Ostler, Wilford Thomas, William Henry, Annie Violet and Amanda. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 78 on June 30th, 1975.-
