Charles Reynold Bland was born on April 29th, 1893 in Riverton, Salt Lake County, Utah USA. Charles Reynold Bland's father was Alma Demarqous Silcock and his mother was Maria Rishton. His paternal grandparents were Alma Silcock and Mary Ann Hudson.
