Marcus Harvey Shelton 
Marcus Harvey was born on December 2nd, 1917. Marcus Harvey's father was James Cicero Shelton and his mother was Willie Jewell Allison. His paternal grandparents were Bolivar Clifton Shelton and Laura Lee Coffey. He had a sister named Billie Ethelyn. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 66 on November 16th, 1984 in Baytown, Harris County, Texas.-
