Timothy was born on May 27th, 1714 in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts and his baptism took place there on May 27th, 1714. Timothy's father was Timothy SYMMES and his mother was Elizabeth Rose COLLAMORE. His paternal grandparents were William SYMMES and Mary CHICKERING; his maternal grandparents were Andrew COLLAMORE and Sarah CHITTENDEN. He had a brother and a sister, named Anthony and Hannah.
