Ezekial was born on July 14th, 1732 in East Greenwich, Kent, Rhode Island. Ezekial's father was Thomas STRAIGHT and his mother was Herodias GARDINER. His maternal grandfather was Joseph GARDINER and his maternal grandmother is Hannah BRIGGS. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, Jonathan, Hannah, Mary, Lydia and Dianna.
