Benjamin was born about 1848.1   Benjamin's father was Arthur Russell and his mother was Rhoda Yount.  His maternal grandparents were Daniel Yount and Sarah Price. He had a brother and three sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Oran, May Jane, Josephine, Lydia Mae and M. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Andrew, Frank and Anna.  He died on October 30th, 1921.1
