James Acey Rigsby 
James Acey was born in 1838 in , De Kalb, Tennessee. James Acey's father was John Rigsby and his mother was Kiziah Lewis. His paternal grandfather is Thomas Rigsby; his maternal grandparents were William Lewis and Sarah Reed. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William Hiram, John D., Benjamin Franklin, Elizabeth and Kaiziah. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died before 1938.-
