Stephen Rackley

Stephen was born before 1852.  Stephen's father is Mason Rackley and his mother is Sallie UNKNOWN.  His paternal grandparents are Thomas Rackley and Elizabeth UNKNOWN. He has five brothers and three sisters, named James, William, Anthony, Henry Allen, Jackson, Elizabeth Jane, Nancy and Winneh.
