Samuel RUE

Samuel was born about 1801 in , Henry, Kentucky. Samuel's father was Richard RUE and his mother was Elizabeth (Railsback) HOLMAN. His paternal grandparents were Samuel RUE and Alshea VAN SANDT; his maternal grandparents were Henry HOLEMAN and Mary (Remick) RENNICK. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Henry, Mary (Polly), Elizabeth, Nancy, Miriam, Rachel, Sally (Sarah) and Eleanor (Nellie Jane). He is the youngest of the nine children.
