Christaen ROOSEVELT

Christaen was born on October 23rd, 1650 in New Amsterdam, New Netherlands.  Christaen's father was Claes Martenszen VAN ROSENVELT and his mother was Jannetje Samuels THOMAS. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Nicholas (Nicolaes Rosenvelt), Christiaen, Martin, Anna Marguerite, Elsje, Christina and Anna Margariet.  He is the second oldest of the eight children.
