Theophilus Katen was born on August 3rd, 1834 in ,Harrison Co,WEST VIRGINIA. Theophilus Katen's father was Jeremiah ROBEY and his mother was Ruth TUCKER. His paternal grandparents were Jeremiah ROBEY and Mary Ogden; his maternal grandparents are Jerimiah TUCKER and Ruth Ashcroft. He had three brothers and five sisters, named JAMES Allison, Jeremiah Albert, Theodore, Mary Jane, Susan Levernia, Maria, Sophia and Matilda. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 88 on February 21st, 1923.General Notes
