Otto, Count Of was born about 1250 in Of Rietberg, Wstfln, Prss.  Otto, Count Of's father was Friedrich I, Count Of RIETBERG and his mother was Beatrix Von HORSTMAR. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Konrad II, Count Of, Simon, Count Of, Bernhard, Count Of, Friedrich II, Count Of, Hedwig Countess of, Beatrix, Countess Of, Adelheid, Countess Of and Miss, Countess Of.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.  He died on October 16th, 1308.
