Joseph Parley Pratt

Joseph Parley was born on October 1st, 1855 in , Smyth, Va. Joseph Parley's father was Isaac Thompson Pratt and his mother was Nancy Emeline Pritchett. His paternal grandparents were Oliver Pratt and Polly Fulkerson; his maternal grandparents were John Anderson Pritchett and Nancy Hilton Albert JOHNSON. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named John Geddings, William Warfield, James Madison, Henry Thompson, Oliver, Thomas McLure, Charles E, William Harrison Campbell, Susan Mary and Nancy America. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 27 in 1882.
