William Fletcher Parks 
William Fletcher was born on November 17th, 1890 in Banks County, Georgia. William Fletcher's father was William Gustavus Parks and his mother was Nora Candice Parks. His paternal grandparents were Osborn Benson Parks and Joicy B. Legg. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Henry Osborn, Frank Pierce, Gertrude Eugenia, Clara Belle, Ida Mae, Anno, Mary Lou and Carrie Elizabeth. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 58 on December 6th, 1948 in Decatur, Morgan County, Alabama.-
