Isabella was born about 1545 in Holme Pierrepont, Nottinghamshire, England. Isabella's father was George PIERREPONT and her mother was Winifred THWAITES. Her paternal grandparents are William PIERREPONT and Joan EMPSON; her maternal grandparents are William THWAITES and Mrs-William THWAITES.
