Robert PHILIPS

Robert was born in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny, Pennsylvania. Robert's father was Josiah PHILLIPS. His paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary THOMAS. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Josiah, Joseph, Isaac, Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah and Nancy. He died in 1869.
