Rowan was born in 1822 in Warr, Nc. Rowan's father was John PASCHALL and her mother is Rhoda PITCHFORD. Her paternal grandfather was Thomas PASCHALL and her paternal grandmother is Charity RUSSELL; her maternal grandfather was Samuel PITCHFORD and her maternal grandmother is Amy UNKNOWN. She had a brother and three sisters, named Robert Daniel, Ellender Elizabeth, Wilkey B and Adeline. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died after 1850.General Notes
