William Henry PARKER 
William Henry was born on November 12th, 1848 in Council Bluffs, Pttwn, Ia. William Henry's father was William PARKER and his mother was Mary Ann CHILD. His paternal grandparents were Thomas PARKER and Martha POLLARD; his maternal grandparents were William CHILD and Elizabeth BATTERSBY. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Battersby, Franklin Maximillian, Lafayette, James, Martha Alice, Mary Ann and Sarah Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 46 on April 28th, 1895.General Notes
