Thomas was born on November 20th, 1694 in Ballaredmand, Carlow, Ire.  Thomas' father is Robert PARKE and his mother is Margaret UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Thomas, Robert, William, Elinor (Eleanor), Martha, Sarah and Elizabeth.  He is the third youngest of the nine children.
