Elizabeth (Betsy) was born on October 10th, 1769 in Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. Elizabeth (Betsy)'s father was William PAISLEY and her mother was Deliverance (Dilley) PAINE. Her paternal grandparents were William PAISLEY and Elenor (Nellie) MCLEAN. She had six brothers and a sister, named John, William, Joseph, Robert, Samuel, Preston Albon and Elmira. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 94 on December 23rd, 1863 in , Guiford, Nc. She was buried in Greensboro, Guilford, Nc, Alamance Church.General Notes
