John OSGUTHORPE 
John was born on March 10th, 1823 in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. John's father was Thomas OSGUTHORPE and his mother was Ann KITSON. His paternal grandfather was John OSGUTHORPE and his paternal grandmother is Betty ASHMORE; his maternal grandfather is John KITSON. He had five brothers and a sister, named Thomas, James, Thomas, Joseph, Benjamin and Sarah Kitson. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 61 on April 13th, 1884 in East Mill Creek, (near Salt Lake City), Salt Lake, Utah. He was buried on April 15th, 1884 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.General Notes
