Shidney Biship Neal 
Shidney Biship was born on April 28th, 1896 in Bourbon Co. KY. Shidney Biship's father was Edward Barnes Neal and his mother was Mary Hattie Hutchcraft. His maternal grandparents were William Luther Hutchcraft and Katherine Elizabeth Wells. He had three brothers and a sister, named William Edward, James Weaver, Charles Conner and Lillian Kenny. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 87 on July 31st, 1983.-
