Jane Maxwell 
Jane was born in 1748 in Edinburgh, England. Jane's father was William Maxwell and her mother is Magdalene Blair. Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Maxwell and Jeanne Montgomery. She was an only child. She died at the age of 64 on April 14th, 1812 in Picadilly, England.General Notes

Jane and Alexander were married in a religious ceremony on October 23rd, 1767 in Ayton. They had two daughters named Charlotte and Georgiana.
