John MORSE 
John was born on December 29th, 1699 in Woodstock, Windham, Connecticut. John's father was Peter MORSE and his mother was Priscilla CARPENTER. His paternal grandparents were Anthony Jr MORSE and Mary BARNARD (BARNART); his maternal grandparents were John CARPENTER and Rebecca READWAY. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Peter, Joseph, Anthony, Amos, Peter, Abiel, Benjamin, Mary, Priscilla, Rebecca, Lydia, Esther and Anna. He was the oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 64 on November 13th, 1764 in Woodstock, Windham, Connecticut. He was buried in Woodstock Hill, Cemetery.General Notes
