Dixon MITCHELL 
Dixon was born on February 18th, 1806 in Darby Township, Franklin, Ohio. Dixon's father was David MITCHELL and his mother was Martha BLACK. His paternal grandparents were Samuel MITCHELL and Margaret ALEXANDER. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Moses, Samuel, George, George, David, Jesse, Aaron, Margaret Jane, Martha and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 63 on May 6th, 1869 in Milford Center, , Ohio.General Notes
