Robert MERCER 
Robert was born on December 22nd, 1737 in St. Stephen's, Cecil Co, Maryland. Robert's father was Robert MERCER and his mother is Anne MOUNTS. His paternal grandparents are Thomas MERCER and Elizabeth UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents are Christopher MOUNCE and Martha UNKNOWN. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, James, Sarah and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 56 in 1793 in New Castle, DE.General Notes
