James Robert was born on February 1st, 1848 in St. Clair County, MO. James Robert's father was William E. Jr. Lord and his mother is Frances Unknown. His paternal grandfather was William E. Lord and his paternal grandmother is Milliford Elizabeth Whiting. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Lewis Howard, William H., Mary Ann Polly, Rebecca, Frances Caroline "Fannie" and Almirinda "Alma". He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 68 on December 21st, 1916 in LeFlore County, OK.General Notes
