Ernest Cecil Legg

Ernest Cecil was born on August 12th, 1915 in Charleston, Kanawha Co. WV. Ernest Cecil's father was Ulysses Grant Legg and his mother was Rebecca Jane Comer. His paternal grandparents were John Calvery Legg and Sarah Elizabeth Meeks. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Kellis Calvin, William Buster, Valentina Virginia, Helen Goldie, Lucy Mildred and Rebecca Louise. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had a half-brother named Erna Marcel. He died at the age of 76 on June 6th, 1992 in Charleston, Kanawha Co. WV.
