Thomas was born about 1440 in Bywell, Northumberland County, England.1 Thomas' father was William Lawson and his mother was Agnes Cramlington. His paternal grandfather is John Lawson. He had four brothers named George, John, Richard and William. He died on July 2nd, 1489.1 General Notes

THOMAS LAWSON of Bywell, was at the battle of Agincourt with Sir JohnNeville, heir male to
his nephew William Lawson Esq. He died 2nd July 1489 at a great age, andwas buried at
Cramlington having married Isabella, daughter of John Killinghall ofMiddleton St. George Esq.
living 1490 by whom he had issue.
