Alice was born about 1224 in Of, Lusignan, Vienne, France.  Alice's father was Hugh (Hugues) X De LUSIGNAN and her mother was Isabella Taillefer.  Her paternal grandparents were Hugh IX De LUSIGNAN and Mathilde TAILLEFER; her maternal grandfather was Aymer De TAILLEFER and her maternal grandmother is Margarete De Turenne. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Hugh XI De, Guy De, Geoffrey De, Guillaume De, Aymer Ademar De, Isabella De, Marguerite De and Agatha Agnes De. She had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Henry, Richard, Joane, Isabella, Eleanor, Eleanor and Isabella.  She died on February 9th, 1291 in , Warren, Sussex, England.

‌Alice and John were married in a religious ceremony in 1247 in Of, Woodstock, Kent, England.  They had a son and a daughter, named William De and Eleanor.
