Philomelia LOOMIS 
Philomelia was born on March 9th, 1760 in Lebenon, N-Lndn, Ct. Philomelia's father was Ebenezer LOOMIS and her mother was Mary Or Sarah HUNTINGTON. Her paternal grandparents were Josiah LOOMIS and Thankful WARNER; her maternal grandparents were William HUNTINGTON and Mary BASSETT. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William, Gemaliel, Josiah, Ebenezer, Sarah (Sally), Mary, Hannah and Lydia Huntington. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 42 on June 8th, 1802 in Brookfield, , Vermont. She was buried in , , Connecticut.General Notes
