Barnabas LAKE 
Barnabas was born on June 2nd, 1827 in Ernstown, Ontario, Canada. Barnabas' father was James LAKE and his mother was Philomela SMITH. His paternal grandparents were James LAKE and Margrita (Margaret) HEGEMAN (HAGERMAN); his maternal grandparents were Parker SMITH and Sarah (Sally) LOOMIS. He had four brothers and six sisters, named William Bailey, Barnabus, Moroni, George, Sabra, Clarissa (Clara), Jane (Ordway), Lydia Ann, Samantha and Sarah Amanda. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 66 on June 18th, 1893 in Logan, Cache, Utah. He was buried on June 21st, 1893 in Fairview, Franklin, Idaho.General Notes
