Olafur JONSSON

Olafur was born on July 9th, 1825 in Midey, Vodmulastadir, Rangarvalla, Iceland and his baptism took place on July 10th, 1825 in , Vodmulastadir, Rangarvalla, Iceland.  Olafur's father was Jon JONSSON and his mother is Kristin OLAFSSON. He had three brothers and nine sisters, named Jon, Jon, Jon, Margret, Margret, Gudrun, Kristin, Groa, Gudbjorg, Margret, Gudbjorg and Elin Or (Ellen).  He was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children.  He died at the age of 65 in 1890.
