John JOHNSON

John was born in 1625 in Of Laxardalur, Hruni, Arness, Iceland. John's father was John JOHNSON and his mother was Margaret Or Margery SCUDDER (SCRIDDER). His paternal grandparents were John JOHNSON and Hannah THROCKMARTIN; his maternal grandparents were William SCUDDER and Margery Or Margaret Mrs. SCUDDER. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Issac, Isaac, Humphrey, Jonathan, Mary, Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Martha, Mary, Lydia and Sarah. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 36 on December 18th, 1661 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts.
