Jacob Hyde

Jacob was born on January 20th, 1703 in Norwich, New London, Connecticut.  Jacob's father was Thomas Hyde and his mother was Mary Bacus.  His paternal grandparents are Samuel Hyde and Jane Lee; his maternal grandparents are Stephen Bacus and Sarah Gardener. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Abner, Mary, Phebe and Jane.  He was the third youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 79 on January 22nd, 1782.
