Maud-Matilda De was born about 1072 in Huntingdon, Northumberland, England.1   Maud-Matilda De's father was Waltheof Earl Of NORTHUMBERLAND and her mother was Judith Of BOULOGNE.  Her paternal grandfather was Siward Bjornsson and her paternal grandmother is Aelfled III Of Northumberland; her maternal grandparents were Lambert De BOULOGNE and Adbelahide De NORMANDIE. She had four sisters named Judith Or Alice Of, Adeliza Or Judith, Adeliza-Judith and Alice (Adeliza).  She was the oldest of the five children.  She died on April 23rd, 1130 in Scone, Perthshire, Scotland.  She was buried in Scone Abbey, Perthshire, Scotland.1 1
