Samuel Hoover 
Samuel was born in 1754 in Washington Co., MD. Samuel's father was Johann Adam HUBER and his mother is UNKNOWN (First wife of HUBER, Johann Adam). His paternal grandparents were Johann Jacob Huber and Maria Barbara Edinger. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Daniel Christian, John, Adam, David, Eve and Susana. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named George, Christian, Frederick, John, William, Elizabeth, Margarite\Marguerite and Catherine. He died at the age of 73 in 1827. He was buried in Clover Creek Reformed Church Cem., (now called Salem UCC), Clover Creek, Blair Co., PA.-
