David Hoover 
David was born on August 27th, 1824 in Bedford Co., PA. David's father was Jonathan HOOVER and his mother was Elizabeth PUTERBAUGH. His paternal grandfather was Martin HOOVER. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Martin Puterbaugh, Jacob P., George, John Puderbaugh, Jonathan P., Frederick Puderbaugh, Susan, Catharine, Elizabeth, Mary Puterbaugh and Magdalena Puterbaugh. He died at the age of 26 on January 24th, 1851.-
