Hugh Henry 
Hugh was born about 1720 in Scotland. Hugh's father was Alexander* Patrick Hendry and his mother was Jean* Robertson. His paternal grandparents were John* Hendry and Girsell* Carney; his maternal grandparents were William* Robertson and Catherine* Kirkwood. He had four brothers and a sister, named Patrick, John*, James, William and Jean. He was the youngest of the six children. He died before October 1791 in Robertson County, Tennessee.General Notes
Hugh moved to Pennsylvania County, Virginia about 1744 then in about 1779/80 to to Robertson County, Tennessee with a group led by John Donelson and James Robertson to settle what later became Nashville, Tennessee.
