JOHN HUNTER 
JOHN was born on November 27th, 1762 in PLUM RUN WASHINGTON CO. MD. JOHN's father was John Hunter and his mother was Barbara Bowman. His paternal grandparents were Heinrich Jäger and Ursula Würtz; his maternal grandparents are Jacob Bowman and Varena UNKNOWN. He had six brothers and four sisters, named JACOB, Henry, Abraham, William, Joseph, Isaac, MARIA SUSANNAH, Christiana, Catherine Sally and Barbara. He is the oldest of the eleven children.-
