Susannah Flemming was born on January 18th, 1823 in Camden Dist., Kershaw, Sc. Susannah Flemming's father was John Daniel Sr. HOLLADAY and her mother was Catherine Beasley HIGGINS. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel HOLLADAY and Kezziah TERRY; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin HIGGINS and Sarah Catherine BEASLEY. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named John Daniel, David Hollis, Thomas Wiley Middleton, Lutica Lettisha Hollis, Catherine Beasley (Twin), Letisha Hollis (Twin), Sarah Ann, Karenhapuch Or Caron, Keziah Donnell and Lenorah Mc Cray.
