Minerva was born in 1848 in Roane County, (W)VA. Minerva's father was Thomas Wesley HARPER and her mother was Catharine OSBORNE. Her paternal grandparents were John A. Harper and Rachel Taylor. She was an only child. She died at the age of 47 on March 31st, 1895 in Kanawha County, WV.-
