Jessie Eva Gowen 
Jessie Eva was born on March 28th, 1893 in Edgar, Lancaster Tp., Clay Co., NE. She died at the age of 96 on August 26th, 1989 in San Diego, CA. She was buried in Dedham City Cem., Carroll Co., IA.General Notes
Jessie went to high school in Hastings, Nebraska. She lived there with a family and cleaned for them to pay her way. Jessie was educated as a nurse and worked alongside her husband for many years. In 1964 she traveled to Europe - Amsterdam down to the Isle of Capri.
Jessie Eva and Leo Williams were married in a religious ceremony on July 3rd, 1918 in University Place, Lincoln, NE. They had a son named Mr.
