Jacob GRISSWOLD 
Jacob was born on April 15th, 1660 in Wethersfield, Hartfd., Ct. Jacob's father was Michael GRISWOLD and his mother was Ann (Anna) ADAMS. His paternal grandparents were George GRISWOLD and Dorothy JAMES; his maternal grandfather was Jeremy ADAMS. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Michael, Isaac, Asa, Michael, Esther Hester, Mary, Abigail and Sarah. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 77 on July 22nd, 1737 in Wethersfield, Hartford, Connecticut. He was buried on July 25th, 1737 in Wethersfield, Hartford County, Connecticut.General Notes
